The gpu selection is a barren desert and the lack of public ip servers is distressing

The lack of persistent storage that can be attached to different gpus due to availability, coupled with the overall lack of gpus, as well as the lack of servers with public is as an option turned my account from a usable gpu cloud to a savings account that slowly bleeds money for the volume I spent 2 hours creating but can't use because there haven't been any gpus on the server in days. Gpu availability can understandably be limited sometimes but I'm almost at the 6 day point of not being able to use this service. The chat team just stopped responding to my messages.i don't think that's the best way to address this issue.
